So I am officially legal permanently...I can now gamble, buy alcohol, go to clubs, and own a handgun...all of which I intend to do before this year is over. We're going on a cruise in November, so that'll knock out three of those four...unless for some weird reason they decide to sell handguns on a cruise ship...NOT a good idea.

Today didn't start out so well though, my parents were arguing, I was told we weren't going to be able to go to The Melting Pot because my brother couldn't skip his evening class, all of which was later discussed and we had a very wonderful dinner at Sakura's. They even gave me a tempera covered cheesecake (DELICIOUS!!). I got a (EEK) PS3!! I don't have a game for it yet, Dustin got one for his birthday so I tried out Resistance: Fall of Man...I sucked big time. Haha. I can't wait for Clive Barker's Jericho, then of course RE5, and MGS4. My beloveds. I also got Nip/Tuck Season 4 from my father just in time for season 5 to start October 30th. I got a book from a mother to a daughter that my mom took the time to highlight all the sweet parts, but inside of that was a receipt for a pair of Vivienne Westwood earrings I asked for!!! BWAH!! So, it was actually very very wonderful!! Sakuras even gave me a cute little charm symbolizing me being in the Year of the Tiger. :) I didn't order any alcohol tonight because I felt embarrassed, haha. I wanted to, but I'll buy some tomorrow on the way home from school. Because I HAVE THE POWER! I know, I'm a tard. Sean's mom got me two books that I've been dying for, and he told me his present would get here soon. Chris called me to tell me he's taking me to a bar this Friday, so any plans I may have had got shot out the window, but it'll still be fun, and haunted houses will still be here till Halloween. I want to go to a Rennaissance Festival and get mead though.

So needless to say, it was wonderful. I ate ice cream cake when I got home, and all around felt good about this birthday. Everyone stayed with me, and that's something that hasn't happened in years...I haven't had a good birthday in probably five years, so this was make-up big time. It wasn't necessary, it was just important to me that everyone with me had a good day. There were some struggles, but aside from those, and the fact that I'm tired as hell, it was a great day.
